Hold the iPhone/iPad sideways at eye level.
Pursuit: Look at the slow-moving target. Keep your head still.
Saccades: Look at the quick-moving target. Keep your head still.
Vestibular ocular reflex (VOR) ×1: Look straight ahead at the stationary target. While staring at the target, turn your head toward the right and then left. Move your head continuously.
Hold the iPhone vertically. Look straight ahead. While staring at the target, nod your head up and down. Move your head continuously.
VOR Cancellation (visual motion sensitivity): Look straight ahead at the target. While staring at the target, turn your head toward the right and then left together with the iPhone. Move your head continuously.
Hold the iPhone vertically. While staring at the target, nod your head up and down together with the iPhone. Move your head continuously.
Optokinetic nystagmus (OKN): Look straight ahead at a moving black and white stripe.
Look as if you are counting the stripes one by one coming in front of you. Do not follow the stripe.
*Double tap the screen to return to the top of the page from the Pursuit, Saccades, VOR or OKN.
*Single tap the lower half of the screen to show or hide the buttons. You can change the amplitude, speed, direction, size, or width.
*For a difficult challenge, single tap the upper half of the screen to change the background image.
